Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.  

Made-to-Order Items: Orders are usually made within 5-10 business days after the order is placed. During busy times, this can increase. Please review Shop Announcements for most accurate time estimates. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the price of most items. No surprises at checkout! For larger items, such as handbags, shipping costs may be added at checkout to reflect the additional expense of ensuring your item arrives safely.  

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier:  

Domestic (US): 3–7 business days via USPS

International: 7–21 business days  

Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to customs processing for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Customs and Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Wyrd Charm LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns and Exchanges

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
