If you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact me so that we can discuss a resolution. Returns are not accepted for custom pieces or due to incorrect ring size being ordered.
Shipping Policy
I take great care in preparing your orders. For ready-to-ship items, I typically process and ship within 1-3 business days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow a minimum of 5-10 business days. I strive to keep you informed, so you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. Remember, shipping times can vary based on your location, so keep an eye out for updates!
